ADU Plans Gallery info sessions June 13 & 19

We hope We hope you will join us and spread the word for two upcoming information sessions about our ADU Plans Gallery tool, currently accepting reservations for onboarding starting July 2024. The Plans Gallery is a turnkey solution for local pre-approved ADU plans programs, displaying locally pre-approved ADU plans in a user-friendly format with the option to add additional site-built and prefab ADU plans available to local homeowners.

This new online tool allows you to easily:

• Launch an ADU Plans Gallery for local homeowners to browse and search

• Connect homeowners with designers and prefab companies to purchase ADU designs

• Display pre-approved ADU plans, in accordance with AB1332
