"Our small and diverse school community was struggling with a big issue -- how we should respond to proposed cell towers across the street from our building.  The issue was highly emotional and was especially challenging to our sense of unity and collective good will.  Mr. Abrams quickly and thoughtfully gathered all perspectives, spent real time to understand the nuances and complexities of the different perspectives, and helped facilitate a very positive "Town Hall" meeting, which left all "sides" feeling fully heard and invested in a positive outcome.  It was a very good experience and I'm very grateful Mr. Abrams for the help."
