Rachel Ozer-Bearson

Rachel Ozer-Bearson is a Bay Area native passionate about ensuring everyone has access to high quality and affordable housing. Prior to joining Community Planning Collaborative, Rachel worked at UC Berkeley’s Terner Center for Housing Innovation, where she conducted research on state-level pro-housing designation programs and building decarbonization, among other topics. Rachel also brings experience working with SPUR, the Housing Accelerator Fund, and the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation. 

Rachel holds a Master of Public Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Science from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, where she focused her studies on housing policy and quantitative data analysis.
