Casita Coalition Strategic Planning

Baird + Driskell worked with the Casita Coalition, a state-wide organization focused on expanding small housing and ADUs in all communities, from its inception. We led their strategic planning efforts and developed their branding and new website, public information handouts, and resource library for their members.  

We completely rebuilt and redesigned their website and developed resources for homeowners, ADU professionals, and Casita Coalition members. For homeowners, we created new materials including a completely new way to describe the step-by-step, process graphic and discussion board for them to exchange advice and share challenges. For ADU professionals, we collected best practices across the state. We also recently developed a series of video and print homeowner spotlights from across the state.
